Some Stuff!

I've been feeling a bit under the weather lately... don't know what it is... just feeling icky, stomach aches, headaches, chills, etc... It did give me lots of time to scrap, and that I did! Sorry I don't have pics of all of it... I'm not in the mood right now... I'll post them later this week...

I just received my 1st Vintage Plum kit and it pretty much ROCKS! I love the custom Vintage Plum papers it came with, and the random vintage goodies too... Not too sure what I want to do with it yet... we'll see! check out the goods here!

I also created this rad LO for the Fussy Cut Challenge... I cut almost everything, those cute little bunnies kicked my butt! They are SO small!!



I also received my 1st Studio Calico kit too... I'm making a cute mini for my baby girl... a count down of all her favorite things... Here is what I have so far... Gonna touch up the cover, it's missing something, huh?

It gonna have a ton of pages with randomness about my sweetie pie. What is your favorite food? What do you want to be when you grow up, etc. cool, huh?

Anyway, Huzban just got in, so dinner must get done... Adios!

Category Stories Challenge

Hiya!

I'm SO glad it's Friday! WOO HOO- I don't have major plans, I'm actually gonna relax at home with my pumpkin while Huzban heads out for poker night with the guys... Not too sure what we'll do (since our TV broke), maybe head out for some bowling?! We'll see...

Anywho- I managed this LO last night- it was such a HOT night!! Like, gross hot! I couldn't sleep, my little one couldn't sleep... summer is a comin'! Bathing suites and beer! OH YEYA! LOL
Here is my take on the Category Stories Challenge- "Unexpected". I was mega stoked that Paul Oakenfold said he'd take a photo with me at his concert- totally unexpected and super memorable!

NSD was alright... I didn't do much crafting over here... just chilled basically! I managed to finish my Go Green Album that Jennifer taught last week... I LOVE it, and so did my sis. I filled this mini with some cutesie photos of my little niece, Shelby Shelby (we always say her name twice- try it). Here are a few photos... you can see the rest here.

I did have a GREAT weekend though. It started on Friday with Nely and her peeps... we went out and kinda whooped it up. Here are some hot and sweaty, just finished closing up the club pics! LOL!!




And then Saturday arrived... I took Ebony & Ivory (my daughter and niece) to the Birch Aquarium in La Jolla. We had a nice lunch, saw some fish, sharks, jelly fish and then bumped some Bob Marley on the way home with the windows down... The breeze was so nice, the girls past out in the back and I desperately wanted to be back there with them... ah, it was perfect!

1. Grocery Shopping 2. Sat on the patio w/ my coffee 3. drove to OB to this FABULOUS Cuban pastry shop and had lunch with Huzban and Pudgy Wudgy 4. Went to my little sisters soccer game 5. Scrapbook 6. Cuddled with my pumpkin 7. Had family dinner on the patio 8. That was all... A great Sunday if you ask me!!

8 Things I Wish I Could Do:

1. Get a full tattoo sleeve 2. Go to Puerto Rico for vacay 3. Knit 4. Work part time 5. Eat all that I want an never gain weight (HA!) 6. Have a house 7. Read more books 8. Travel to Latin America for two months straight (that would be so RAD)

1. The Office 2. Family Guy 3. American Idol 4. How Its Made and that is about it... not much TV for me.
