Here is a recap on my sweet weekend last week. It was non-stop but SO awesome!
Friday: Dad's birthday, so we all went out to dinner and hung out with the family. Yeah, that's my mom showing her food... non serious pics run in the family!
Saturday: A lovely Princess Tea Party hosted by Ms Princess herself. It was FABULOUS! I took my little girl and her BFF, Emily. Those two LOVED it and had such a wonderful time (as did I)!
And we had to get some pics with the Princess, of course!
Then on Sunday I took the best class ever! I have never learned so many new techniques and cool tricks before! This was the GREATEST class... there are endless possibilities to this awesome hobby and Liz Hicks has shown me SO many awesome techniques, ideas, and tons of other stuff! I loved it! She was so RAD and so FUN! Here is her sample of the mini we made. It ROCKED!
And in other great news, the new prompt is up at The Pink Ninja Blog!!! We need some players, so please play along! We have an amazingly talented team that is FULL of inspiration for ya! Get your supplies out and whip up a LO of your Guilty Pleasures!!! Mine are, embarrassingly, Junior Mints. Lame, huh? Who eats those, grandpas? I love em and can't get enough!!! Here is my take on the prompt. Kept is kinda simple, used some fabric and did some machine stitching.

Well, that was a plethora of stuff, huh!? I will be done with work in approximately 7 hours, and then off to crack my first beer of the weekend (ahhhh... I can almost taste it)! I hope you have a super fabulous and SAFE SAFE SAFE weekend!

O. M. G. That mini book is awesome. We need some deets on that...exactly what techniques are used in it. I MUST KNOW because it looked fabulous! I L-O-V-E your VP layouts, too. I will definitely be submitting my Ninja l/o asap. I just returned from the store so I'd have my subject to photograph. Of course, just HAD to buy an ENTIRE box of Hostess cupcakes for it. And I, too, am a HUGE Junior Mints fanatic!! Have a great w/e...enjoy your beer. I'm thinking it's about beer:30 here, too.

Toy were not kidding when you said you have been busy! Loving those mini albums, I am dying to make one but the ADD in me makes it so hard, 35 minutes into it I am already losing the will to live :D

ROTFL...."who eats those, grandpas?"...you're too too much! i just about had otter pop juice coming outta my nose! Love that mini book...love the LO's....I just love it ALL! That Princess party looked AWESOME! And I will have to check out the pink ninja's! Gurl, I just finished off my last "Fun Dip" packet that was in this COOL box!...will have to do a LO of THAT! Lemme fish it outta the trash real quick (my craft room trash...not my nasty household trash)!

Everything looks awesome!! Love it all!! And Junior Mints are pretty good... I can't lie about that! I still get them whenever I go watch a movie on the big screen!
